Has anybody tried zwee.com?

I've been searching for a cheap iPod touch and stumbled upon a zwee.com. Upon doing some research, I can't seem to find anything decisive. Anybody have any experience with zwee? PLEASE don't answer this if you haven't actually tried the website for yourself. I don't wanna see anything like, "Well, it looks like a scam," or, "I'm pretty sure it's a scam." I need decisive information here!
