Pain in my jaw, help!?

I have a strange pain in the left side of my jaw. it feels like it pops in and out, and it's hard and sometimes painful to eat/chew. I can't open my mouth as much as I used to be able to, and my mouth feels sort of lopsided because of it. I think it could be my wisdom teeth, but I'm not sure. What should I do, what could it be?
