What to do to my iPod? Needs repair or replacing.?

you can try ricing it (leaving it in rice for a few hours), or if you still have a one year warranty, you can send it back, and apple will replace it. if your warranty is over, you can go to an apple store and ask how much for repair. if its only the touch screen that doesn't work, i do not think it will cost that much. good luck!
