How can I purchase meat & dairy products from places that treat their animals humanely?

Free range and no-antibiotic organic options are more readily available at larger grocery retailers these days. Try and find an organic food store near you. I work at one, unfortunately even if they say they were humanely treated theres no way to know for sure. Also USDA approved free-range and organic doesnt necessarily mean they they have live their whole lives that way. Just that they were on an organic diet or free-range for the last year before they were slaughtered.
