PLEASE ANSWER SOON IM IN PAIN :(!!!!!!!!!!!?

okay well i tore my rotator cuff and i also have loose joints (my knee and shoulder pop out all the time those are the worst) so i just started to go to physical therapy to strengthen my muscles to help my shoulder stay in place...well today at therapy she said the muscles that arnt torn are working to hard because of the torn one making my shoulder more uneven and making it pop out more and where i have to push it back in (it doesnt go in by itself) and then its making the tear worse...she said we will try and heal the tear so we can strengthen it and keep it from popping out but she said she thinks i will probably have to have surgery and even if i dont it would still probably be a good idea in the long run to have my shoulder joint tightened because she doesnt think she can do much about that because its so bad....ive already been to therapy a lot this year (due to ATV accident) because i have chronic pain disease and i was in a ATV accident...and we olny have a certain amount of therapy i can have for a year (idk how much but thats what my mom said) so how much longer should i try therapy for (this is my 2nd week for my shoulder) and also is there any type of support i can get that will keep my shoulder from sliding around and popping out? ive never seen one but i have a brace that keeps my knee in place so i was wondering if there was something like that? i see my PT again in 2 days so i will talk to her about all this but i would like help b4 then thank you
