Can I leave freshly made pudding in the fridge for as long as I want?

you can leave brulee in the fridge as long as you want. but the most you can leave it in the fridge is proberly about 2 days as the milk and cream and eggs may go off. they wont go hard due to the eggs hasn't set because it hasn't cooked in the oven. so it will still be runny before you cook it.
