When will implants go down?

hey i got my done last week thursday...i told the doctor i didnt wanna go 2 big...he ended up doin 290 filled to 300 cc....they look huge on my chest cuz i'm skinny and im worried that they;re going to stay that way...they're high, perky and big!!!anyone who has gotten them done before, can u help me out with that...my mom's not helpin she told me i look stupid with them.. i see my doc tom but im scared he just tells me what i wanna hear...ppl who have nutn good 2 say dont wast ur time by sayin anything..i did this for myself and noone else..i just wanna know if they're gonna drop or swell down?please thank you!
