What movie is this, I think it might be about a pageant?

I recently thought about a movie I watched a really long time ago...I'm thinking late 90's early 2000's. It's about a beauty pageant where all the girls end up getting sick and throwing up... that's all I can remember. It was on T.V a lot, we had DSS then, the kind with that card you had to buy but anyways I'm thinking it might be rated PG-13 because my mom yelled at me for watching it when I was about 8 or 9. I know that's vague information but that's all I can think of. Please Help!!
