Stimulus checks--if filiing jointly, whose SS no. do they go by?

Just curious, as it's still early in the month. But if you file jointly, and they p the checks out based on your SS no., then whose SS no. do they go by--is it based on the primary breadwinner, or the higher SS no., or what?
