noo they do it in belly ons too. it just depends on the ring your going to buy actually and just a few bucks more for the real process. with ear piercings its the same u just have to pay for the earrings you want in and 2 dollars fro the process. i only got my ears done in there but im pretty sure its the same with the belly on
