Confused on what to do or where to start?

Bonjour. (: So, Ive decided that I'm going to jump higher, and start learning new horse wise. I'm tired of being frustrated and having people tell me. "Well, worse people in financial situations have moved on to own their own horse." "Well your cousin has a horse, ride hers." when I can't A) Own a horse or B) Ride my cousin's horse. So I was wondering, where should I start? Currently I'm riding twice a week. And I will continue to, since I want to start riding more, what should I do? I've talked to my trainer, she's no help at all. Advice? should I put up an advertisment or something saying that I'm looking to exercise people's horses? I've been riding 9+ years, I can jump 2-2'9 (School horses can't go up higher.) I can walk, trot, canter in saddle and comfortably. I know how to handle horses properly on the ground, ect. So what should I do to start learning more, riding more? thanks!
