Can you be accepted into the University of Miami Pre-Med program as a transfer student during junior year?

I'm currently at miami dade college, i just started this is my first semester and I want to be a physician so my major is biology, I want to transfer once i get my AA. Would I be able to get into the UM pre-med program? Or should I just get my bachelors in biology? and also is a pre-med program better for getting into med school than just a normal science major? help please!!
